As mentioned on our Home Page, we are a Youth Group run out of Our Lady of the Way (OLW), Petrie.

We cater for any youth aged 10 and older, usually meeting every second Saturday. We run many events during the year, including both in house events (held at OLW Community Centre) and external events.

Our events include Trivia Nights, Movie Marathons, Games Nights, Consol Nights through to MiniGolf, Tenpin Bowling, Pool and Beach Trips, Laser Skirmish and more.

At Youth On Fire, our aim is:

• To establish and maintain a youth ministry that fosters growth in faith, support for the community and commitment to the church.
• To nurture strong and lasting friendships between members that will provide ongoing support, encouragement and a sense of belonging.
• Challenge group members to discover and develop their gifts and use them in the service of the church and community.
• To co-ordinate activities for youth from the parish and wider community and provide guidance and direction through youth ministry.
