TERM ONE OVERVIEW

Integrated Unit
Year 5 are engaging in a range of learning experiences this term based around the time period of Early Australia. Students will be participating in drama and language and SOSE activities to assist them to develop a rounded concept of the lives of convicts and free settlers in the first penal colonies in Australia.
We will also be focusing on expressing identity in Visual Art and the creation of personal organisers in Technology.
Religious Education
Our Religion unit this term will allow the students to explore some key beliefs of the Christian tradition and also gain some in-depth knowledge about our school patron, Our Lady. |
